The main objective of Aryavart is to bring the less educated, uneducated, nomadic, illiterate, school dropouts and school evacuees back into the flow of education and at the same time, to provide employment-oriented education to such people. We try to understand and categories peoples through our SWOT form. We also try to find out whether they want to do a job or their own business. If they choose a job, then it is again discussed with them whether they need any special training so that they can get employment. The organization also tries that if a person is proficient in any art, then the person gets employment as per his ability.
If a person wants to do his own business, then by communicating with him, an effort is made to find out what kind of business he wants to do, whether the person needs any kind of guidance for this, whether he needs a business loan, etc.
